Exercise R Us » Workout » waterproof makeup?
Question:
I know that most of us have thought about wearing waterproof mascara, for when we tear up during the ceremony. What I hadn’t thought about before now was that the rest of my makeup, mainly my foundation, might get messed up too. I remember that Clinique is supposed to have a waterproof makeup, I think it’s their workout makeup, has anyone tried it? Anyone else thought of this?

cried, and had not a trace of streaks! If you should have some streaks, just put powder over it and it will dissapear! The foundation never moved! And it never got shiney! Good luck! Maureen

A WORD OF WARNING!!! Clinique mascara is not really waterproof! I wore it on my wedding day…couldn’t keep from crying during the vows, and it came off and dripped on my dress. It is, however, waterproof on fabric!
so you may want to try something like Great Lash by Mabeline for mascara… I don’t know about the other stuff.., Cheers! Christi

If this is the same makeup I use (Clinique’s Pore Minimizer Makeup) then I would highly recommend it! I have used it for about 2 1/2 years, and it’s wonderful. Since it’s waterbased, it doesn’t make the skin look as shiny as oil-based or even "oil-free" makeups. I used it on my wedding day and didn’t have to touch up my face at all! Beth
