You know John, I usually ignore Jerry but the comment about having his own business made me laugh. First if you have a commercial web page, would you not make sure there are no spelling or grammatical errors on it? I damn sure wouldn’t tell my customers elves made my product. The training manual has so many grammatical and spelling errors (over 20 in the first 10 pages) that it appears to have been written by a 3rd grader. As a self professed behaviorist you would also assume that one would know the proper way to spell anthropomorphize, and would avoid using words such as malbehavior and allellomimetic (can’t even find them in an unabridged dictionary).
