I will in the Asheville, NC area during the last of July.. Please e-mail any areas to the north for riding and overnight camping. Not any backpacking!!! strictly bike trails-have a bad back!!!! THAnks ALOT LAWRENCE

Dear Lawrence, Depending on how you define "area" Tsali Recreational Area may be within range. It is about 1.5 hrs. out of Asheville, near Bryson City. Something else to consider is Pisgah National Forest. Various books are availabe on the details. Take Care
